Licho is a traveling demon derived from slavic mitology. It's a personification of bad luck, diseases and misfortune.
Licho is rarely showing to the people, but when it does it takes form of a skinny old woman who's blind in one eye. Some people say that it also is covered in greenery and plants.
The demon travels from village to village and looks for human happiness. It sends starvation, poverty, illnesses to joyful people and in some cases burns their houses. When Licho's job is done it leaves to start it's hunting once more. But sometimes it likes to stay in one place for longer. Then it torments farmers by loosening up axes' blades and plucking ladder rungs. It also whispers bad things to humans' minds. It harass cattle and sends pestilence. It is not possible to save yourself from it's impact. You can only pray for its quick leaving.
